Debt Solution Indicator

The Debt Solution Indicator can only deliver a limited assessment of the best solution for you because of the level of personal information provided. By requesting a Call Back we can go through each option in detail and help you to decide which solution will enable you to deal your financial problems.

IVA Fees

  • The Nominee will charge a fixed fee for drafting the IVA Proposal document. The Nominee fee is usually taken from the initial monthly payments received from the customer until the fee has been settled.
  • The Supervisors fee is usually set at a fixed percentage of realisations which will be deducted from your monthly payment before being made available to creditors and are taken after the Nominee fee has been settled in full.
  • There are also disbursement costs which cover all the miscellaneous costs of setting up and maintaining an IVA, such as registration fee, insurance, etc.
  • We will discuss with you the fees for an IVA whilst working to produce the IVA Proposal document.

Explanation Set-up Fee Administration Fee
A Set-up fee will be charged for producing an income & expenditure document, liaising with all creditors and, from month one distributing monies. 50% x first six monthly payments. Nil
After month 6 a Monthly Admistration fee will be charged for the ongoing collection and distribution of monies to creditors and handling all communication. Nil 20% of monthly contributions for the lifetime of the DMP
