We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. If something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you wish to contact us in this manner then please do so in writing via our registered office in the first instance. A copy of our full policy for dealing with complaints is available on request, also to be made in writing to us at our registered office.

We are regulated by the Insolvency Practitioners Association at Valiant House, 4-10 Heneage Lane, London EC3A 5DQ for all statutory insolvency appointments. If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction then you can raise the matter via the Insolvency Complaints Gateway; Complaint Form

In respect of Debt Management Plans, we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you make a complaint to us and we do not resolve it to your satisfaction you can also contact the Financial Services Ombudsman on 0300 123 9 123 or 0800 023 4567 or via email on complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk or at South Quay Plaza 183 Marsh Wall London E14 9SR.
